Placement and Internship Manager

Position Summary

The Placements & Internship Manager is responsible for securing internships, research opportunities, volunteering roles, and professional placements for students to support their profile-building and university admissions goals. The role involves developing industry partnerships, guiding students through application processes, and managing placement programs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with companies, NGOs, startups, research institutions, and other organizations.
• Source and secure internship, research, volunteering, and leadership opportunities for students.
• Match students with opportunities aligned with their academic interests and career goals.
• Assist students with resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate the internship and placement process, including onboarding, tracking, and feedback.
• Organize career development workshops, networking events, and employer engagement activities.
• Maintain records of placements, partnerships, and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with counselors to ensure opportunities strengthen students' university applications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, career services, business development, or educational consulting.
• Experience working with students or educational organizations is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Central Tower, Hali Road, Gulberg 2.
Reporting To: Director of Counseling.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
