Placement Executive

Counsel and mentor candidates. Assist with resume writing, cover letters, and conduct mock interviews to improve soft skills and employability.

A Placement Executive bridges the gap between students/job seekers and corporate employers.

They manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, build industry partnerships, and guide candidates through career counseling, resume building, and interview preparation to ensure successful job placements.

Manage all logistics for recruitment drives, including scheduling interviews, reserving campus facilities, and organizing travel/accommodation for visiting corporate teams.

Maintain updated databases of eligible candidates, track placement statuses, and create reports on hiring trends and placement statistics.

Must be a Graduate or Masters

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
