Placement Lead - CSR

Job Summary:

The Placement Lead will be responsible for driving placement activities across multiple skilling projects by building employer relationships, identifying job opportunities, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful candidate placements. The role will closely support the Project Manager in achieving placement targets and improving employment outcomes for trained candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employer & Industry Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with employers, staffing agencies, and industry partners.

Identify job opportunities aligned to training programs and candidate profiles.

Conduct regular employer meetings and generate placement opportunities across sectors.

Develop a database of companies and hiring partners for continuous engagement.

2. Placement Coordination.

Plan and execute placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.

Coordinate candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer tracking.

Ensure candidates are prepared for interviews and job readiness activities.

Work closely with training teams to align candidates with employer requirements.

3. Placement Target Achievement

Take ownership of placement targets across projects and batches.

  • Monitor placement conversion rates and candidate joining status.
  • Ensure timely closures of placement requirements and improve hiring outcomes.

4. Tracking & MIS Management.

  • Maintain accurate placement MIS, employer databases, and candidate tracking reports.

Track candidate retention and conduct post-placement follow-ups.

Prepare periodic placement reports and updates for management and CSR partners.

5. Team Coordination & Support.

Coordinate with mobilisation teams, trainers, center coordinators, and project staff.

Support the Project Manager in planning placement strategies and employer engagement initiatives.

Assist in resolving placement-related challenges and escalations.

6. Stakeholder Management.

Represent the organization during employer visits, job fairs, and recruitment events.

Maintain strong relationships with corporate HR teams and recruitment partners.

Support client reporting related to placement outcomes and impact metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred MSW in HR

  • 2–6 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or employer engagement.
  • Experience in skilling, employability, staffing, or CSR projects preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
