Plaintiff Attorney

We are hiring for a Malpractice Attorney for an Injury and Medical Malpractice Law Firm!

Duties:
- Conduct legal research using various sources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Assist with legal administrative tasks, such as organizing case files and maintaining calendars
- Write legal opinions and memoranda on various legal issues
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court and litigate cases when necessary

Skills
- Strong research skills to gather relevant information and analyze legal issues
- Proficiency in legal drafting, including the ability to write clear and concise legal documents
- Familiarity with legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures to effectively manage cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests and reach favorable outcomes
- Ability to litigate cases in court, presenting arguments and evidence

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
