Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary
Our growing Phoenix-based plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a driven, experienced Trial Attorney who thrives on managing cases from inception (pre-lit) and has the skills and passion to take that case to trial. You will handle a diverse docket, including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and wrongful death, ensuring maximum value for our clients through thorough preparation and aggressive advocacy.

Duties

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims including premises, motor vehicle collisions, and product liability cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and client correspondence.
  • Negotiate settlements effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Collaborate with experts.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active member of the Arizona state bar.
  • Proven experience handling personal injury law cases from inception through resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, legal research platforms like Westlaw and LexisNexis, and legal drafting techniques.
  • Excellent advocacy attitude with strong writing capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
