Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Personal Injury Attorney to join our Washington, D.C. team. This is a high-velocity, high-volume position designed for a consummate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values operational efficiency.

You will step into an active, robust pipeline on day one, managing an initial caseload of 150, with the eventual expectation of scaling to 200–250 cases.

Position Structure & Support

To ensure a zero-friction workflow, Lawfty Law provides a fully integrated corporate infrastructure, including:

• Dedicated Case Management: A dedicated case manager assigned directly to you.
• Specialized Departments: Fully staffed, independent departments handling Intake, Accounting, and Disbursals.
• Hybrid Flexibility: A modern work environment with a 3-day in-office, 2-day remote schedule.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in either VA or MD. Washington, D.C. is also ideal (or immediate eligibility to waive in).
• Proven experience managing a personal injury caseload; comfort with high-volume metrics is a significant plus.
• Strong negotiation, triaging, and organizational skills.
• Litigation experience is required; ideally, you have handled at least five bench trials and are prepared to take cases to trial as needed.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong comfort level utilizing modern legal technology and software.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
