We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Plaintiff Personal Injury Auto Property Damage Administrator to join our team in Lancaster, CA. In this vital role, you will manage auto damage claims and personal injury case documentation, negotiate with insurance companies, and support the legal team in case preparation. Your organizational skills and legal administrative expertise will ensure smooth case workflows and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto damage claim files from initial report through resolution, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, repair shops, and medical providers to gather necessary information for personal injury cases
• Review and analyze auto damage estimates, repair invoices, and related documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain detailed records using legal case management systems
• Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information while maintaining professional phone etiquette
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and document management

Qualifications

• Proven legal administrative experience within a law office environment
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and auto damage claim processes
• Familiarity with Data Entry and Document Management Systems is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity
