Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Overview
Our firm is offering you the job that other firms promise, but never deliver. This position will allow you to handle a MANAGEABLE caseload working with ONE ATTORNEY. You will have the opportunity to actually learn about the cases and help strategize to achieve the best result for the client. Instead of putting out fires every day, you will have the ability to be proactive and plan ahead because we intentionally keep the caseload low. This does not mean that you won't be busy. It just means that you will have the opportunity to sink your teeth into the cases rather than reacting to deadlines all the time.

This position is ONLY for paralegals with significant experience on the plaintiff or defense side in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience. Whoever we hire will need to be comfortable from day one responding to discovery, speaking with clients, obtaining medical records, identifying and reacting to pleadings, scheduling, and all other tasks associated with high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death litigation. If you do not have this experience, please do not apply. We will train you on our systems, but you need to have the foundational knowledge when you come through the door.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
