PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY PRE-SUIT CASE MANAGER

The Graham Injury Firm, a dynamic, growing plaintiff personal injury firm located in Broward County, Florida is seeking a rising superstar paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury PRE-SUIT. Candidates whose only experience is in PIP should not apply. This is a hybrid position, 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a plaintiff personal injury pre-suit Case Manager.
• Case management software experience required, FileVine a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Bilingual (Eng/Span) preferred but not required
• Ability to proactively move cases with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication with clients, lien holders, and providers
• Obtain and organize all records for claim
• Arrange, track and follow up with clients on treatment
• Draft demand packages under attorney supervision
• Prepare reduction requests and communicate with medical providers and lien holders
• Prepare closing documentation
• Maintain organized notes, deadlines, and records in our case management system, Filevine

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
