About the Role

We’re a growing plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to work on federal class actions and complex consumer arbitrations. From day one, you’ll handle meaningful cases involving data privacy, cryptocurrency, consumer protection, and financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Litigate federal class actions and consumer arbitrations from start to finish
• Draft complaints, motions, and briefs
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with a small, agile team on high-impact litigation

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law (California preferred)
• 5+ years litigation experience; federal court required
• Class action or arbitration experience strongly preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Background in Big Law, federal clerkship, or regulatory work a plus

Pay: $125,000.00 - $208,000.00 per year
