Plaintiff's Copyright Litigation Attorney

Boutique copyright litigation firm seeks associates to join its intellectual property group. Preferred candidates will have prior experience with Federal practice, prior background in handling copyright case, and feel comfortable managing their own case load. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on intellectual property laws using Westlaw.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide legal advice to clients on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Negotiate agreements and settlements related to intellectual property disputes.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for protecting clients' intellectual property rights.
