Join a highly reputable Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm in downtown Miami (near Brickell). We are dedicated to securing justice for individuals injured due to negligence and are looking for a passionate, skilled attorney to join our team. We're a boutique 3-attorney law firm that handles auto & trucking accidents, premises liability and products liability cases in FL. We're not one of the big factory firms with a lot of turnover. [This is a 100% IN OFFICE role - it is not remote/hybrid].

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience in handling personal injury cases, specifically auto accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability in FL. The ideal candidate will have court experience , a strong ability to negotiate, and a track record of securing favorable settlements and verdicts for clients. We prefer PLAINTIFF'S experience but we will consider attorneys who only have B.I. Defense Litigation experience and want to switch to the Plaintiff's side.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to trial (including some pre-litigation work)
• Represent clients in court, including trials and settlement negotiations
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial briefs
• Develop case strategies and maintain client communication throughout the case lifecycle
• Collaborate with the legal team on complex cases

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of personal injury or B.I. defense experience, with a focus on auto accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability cases.
• Strong litigation skills and a proven track record of case success
• Licensed to practice law in FLORIDA and live within 1 hour of downtown Miami.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
