Hiring: Plant Manager – Bitumen Products

Location: Mundra, Gujarat

Industry: Bitumen & Bituminous Products

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead operations at our Mundra facility. The ideal candidate should be a local resident with solid experience in bitumen products, plant operations, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily plant operations, production schedules, and quality standards.

Oversee receipt, storage & dispatch of bitumen and related products.

Ensure compliance with safety, health & environmental standards.

Coordinate with logistics for raw material procurement & dispatch.

Supervise maintenance, reduce downtime & manage workforce discipline.

Maintain production, inventory & operational reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Chemical, or related field (preferred).

2–5 years’ experience in plant operations (bitumen/construction materials preferred).

Strong knowledge of bitumen products & handling.

Good leadership, team management & HSE knowledge.

Computer proficiency for reporting & documentation.

Local candidates from Mundra highly preferred.
