Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Collier County, FL. As a Plan Review & Inspection professional, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving building plans and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes. The role involves evaluating construction projects for adherence to guidelines, monitoring construction sites for quality control, and assisting with the development and implementation of quality management standards. Additional responsibilities include providing training to staff, conducting tests to ensure compliance, and addressing issues promptly to mitigate risks and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Management to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in Inspection and Testing to assess and validate building projects and construction processes.
• Ability to provide comprehensive Training to staff and stakeholders on regulatory requirements and processes.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve compliance or construction issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with contractors, stakeholders, and team members.
• Certifications in building inspection or quality management are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for plan reviews and inspections.
