Planner
About the Role
The Planner plays a key role in supporting Manufacturing Engineering by developing and maintaining build-to packages that ensure efficient and accurate production of electro-mechanical and interconnect assemblies. This includes generating manufacturing bills of materials (MBOMs), routings, and detailed process documentation. The Planner collaborates across departments to support production, assess the cost impact of design changes, determine tooling requirements, and ensure timely release of new and modified products.
About You
You’re an organized and technically proficient professional with a background in manufacturing planning or engineering support. You thrive in a fast-paced, make-to-order environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams. You’re comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, creating documentation, and using ERP and CAD systems to streamline operations. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude, you take pride in supporting efficient production and helping deliver high-quality products to customers in mission-critical industries.
