• Maintain purchase order status, logistics and shipment tracking information
• Generate monthly KPI’s
• Create/update SOP’s and Work Instructions
• Maintain strong working relationships and communications with support groups and key suppliers
• Confirm, Monitor & expedite open purchase orders for to ensure on-time deliveries
• Support Inventory management activities
• Maintain and audit key SAP planning master data
• Develop excellent understanding of complex processes from beginning to end and all steps in detail to perform trouble shooting and process improvements effectively.
• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
• Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned to meet business needs

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months industry experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management or related field or 4+ years experience in Supply Chain
• Certification from APICS or IBF
• 2+ years of experience in moving material through the product delivery cycle, proficient with a PC and data analysis

• 2+ years of experience in Supply chain planning, scheduling and procurement
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Qlik, Palentir etc)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while driving results for continuous improvement

• High attention to detail and accuracy in written and electronic record keeping
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to prioritize daily/weekly tasks based on criticality with minimal direction
• Basic knowledge of material requirements planning & Scheduling techniques
