Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study and typically 2+ years of relevant experience
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Exposure to the engineering change process
Basic understanding of master production planning
Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics
Familiarity with applicable manufacturing drawings
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Program Management
Technical/Engineering degree
Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to Supplier Management
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and /or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
Experience in Supply Chain Management and /or Operations Management
Understanding of Unified Commercial Code (UCC)
Experience in Microsoft Office
Experience in digital tooling applications

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $64,853.15 - $89,173.08. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
