Industry: Last Mile & E‑Commerce Delivery

Key Responsibilities:-

- Plan, schedule, and optimize daily delivery routes

- Coordinate with drivers and ground operations teams

- Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time

- Ensure delivery performance KPIs are achieved

- Analyze data to improve route efficiency and productivity

- Prepare operational reports (daily/weekly)

Requirements :

- Experience in Last Mile / E‑Commerce logistics (Mandatory)

- Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills- Knowledge of routing software / delivery management platforms

- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
