Salary: $90,000/year
Schedule: 9/80 Flex Schedule
  • Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Working Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX 77058 (Onsite – No Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support construction and maintenance operations onsite at NASA Johnson Space Center. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating project and shop schedules, tracking progress, and supporting cost-loaded schedules in a multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain construction and shop schedules (Microsoft Project preferred)

  • Track milestones, resources, and progress updates

  • Coordinate schedules with supervisors, management, and internal customers

  • Prepare daily, short-term, and long-term work plans

  • Generate performance and status reports

  • Support cost-loaded schedules (invoice review, labor setup, voucher audits)

  • Assist with budgets, variance analysis, and risk assessments

  • Maintain scheduling and historical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Construction or roofing industry experience

  • Scheduling software experience (Microsoft Project preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • U.S. Citizen (NASA badging requirement)

  • Valid Texas driver’s license

  • Must pass background check and drug screen

Preferred

  • Experience on government facilities

  • MAXIMO experience
