Position Title: Planning and Coordination Engineer

Reporting to: Manager Projects


Job Description

  • Assistance to Projects Manger & Projects Executive in construction of
  • small-scale through to large-scale projects in safe, timely and sustainable
  • manner.
  • Assistance to Projects Manager & Projects Executive for budget
  • preparation, PRs preparation, performing SES and Payment Summaries.
  • Assistance for preparation of BOQs and Bills Verification in term of
  • quantities of materials of the projects.
  • Assistance to Sr. Team and CPD in vendor evaluation and in tendering
  • process.
  • Follow-up with the Design Consultants and Contractors (Civil/MEP) for
  • swift progress of the constructional projects.
  • Analysis of constructional data for the project execution.
  • Compliance with the guidelines and regulations of Company including
  • work permits, work safety at site.
  • Ensure work progress in accordance with the project schedule and
  • compile reports on project status.
  • Maintenance of Documents and Drawing files


Preferred Qualifications

  • B.E in Civil Engineering
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
