We are seeking a highly experienced Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead and oversee the planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring functions on a major PMC project. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in infrastructure and residential developments, preferably within a PMC environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the overall planning and scheduling strategy for the project.

Prepare and manage detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6 or similar software).

Monitor project progress against baseline, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.

Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.

Support risk management, cost planning, and resource allocation processes.

Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with contractual and company standards.

Oversee earned value management (EVM) and performance tracking.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure and residential projects.

Proven track record in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environments.

Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Strong understanding of project controls, reporting, and KPIs.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, PSP, or similar certifications are an advantage.
