Job summary
Seeking an experienced Planning & Billing Engineer responsible for managing billing processes and project planning on-site in the Road, Highways, and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Project Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules utilizing project management software to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reports on project progress and financials to stakeholders.
- Contract Management: Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring all terms align with project objectives and financial constraints.
- Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Microsoft Project
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in planning and billing within the construction industry, preferably in the Road, Highways, or Industrial sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Site-Based Work: Willingness to work on-site in various project locations, requiring adaptability and strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
