Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning & Billing - Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in planning and billing processes within the construction sector, specifically focused on residential, industrial, and real estate projects. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working environment that requires onsite visits as well as office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Project Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in billing and planning processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, ensuring that projects remain within financial constraints.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure project compliance with all relevant contractual obligations and standards.
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in billing engineering within the construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in planning and billing software tools relevant to construction engineering.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
