Job summary

As an Assistant Planning & Billing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing project planning, scheduling, and billing processes in the real estate sector. Your expertise will ensure the accurate and timely execution of project plans and financial settlements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
  • Project Scheduling: Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress against schedules to identify any variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing project status, billing progress, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in planning and billing engineering within the real estate sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools for planning and billing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certifications in project management or billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
