Job Description :-

Planning, Billing & Estimation Engineer – Role & Responsibilities

1. Planning:

• Develop project schedules (using MS Project / Primavera).
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
• Identify delays and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

2. Billing:

• Prepare RA (Running Account) bills as per contract terms.
• Coordinate with clients for bill submissions and follow-up.
• Verify subcontractor bills with measurement books.
• Maintain documentation for client and internal audits.
• Support the finance team for timely payment realization.

3. Estimation & Costing:

• Analyze BOQ, drawings, and specifications to estimate quantities.
• Prepare cost estimates for tenders and internal budgeting.
• Rate analysis for various items based on market rates.
• Support procurement in budgeting and rate justification.
• Value engineering for cost-saving without compromising quality.

Required Skills:

• MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera.
• Good understanding of CPWD / PWD billing norms.
• Knowledge of construction methodology & site execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
