Develop and implement project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS) in collaboration with the execution team.

Apply engineering, procurement, and construction principles to create critical path logic networks and bar charts.
Monitor project activities, advise on resource allocation, and ensure the effective use of methodologies.
Establish and manage cost control systems to provide accurate financial data.
Prepare and present monthly budgeted vs. actual cost reports to management.
Verify all project-related costs, purchase requests, and LPOs against the approved budget.
Enter and track vendor invoices and monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Evaluate project status against baseline schedules, assessing the impact of changes or delays.
Provide progress reports to project management, company executives, and clients.
Conduct site visits during pre-bid stages and monitor site activities during project execution.
Participate in internal audits as part of periodic reviews designated by the Quality Assurance department.
Communicate schedule status and performance indicators to project teams, executives, and clients.
