  • Develop and implement project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS) in collaboration with the execution team.
    • Apply engineering, procurement, and construction principles to create critical path logic networks and bar charts.
    • Monitor project activities, advise on resource allocation, and ensure the effective use of methodologies.
    • Establish and manage cost control systems to provide accurate financial data.
    • Prepare and present monthly budgeted vs. actual cost reports to management.
    • Verify all project-related costs, purchase requests, and LPOs against the approved budget.
    • Enter and track vendor invoices and monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
    • Evaluate project status against baseline schedules, assessing the impact of changes or delays.
    • Provide progress reports to project management, company executives, and clients.
    • Conduct site visits during pre-bid stages and monitor site activities during project execution.
    • Participate in internal audits as part of periodic reviews designated by the Quality Assurance department.
    • Communicate schedule status and performance indicators to project teams, executives, and clients.
