Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a Planning Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building projects to join one of our reputed clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Coordinate with project teams to track progress and identify deviations from the plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Assist in resource planning, cost forecasting, and project documentation.
• Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with company and client standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–7 years of total experience as a Planning Engineer.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Must have hands-on experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Candidates on own visa (freelance/visit) are preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
