Experience: 4–8 years Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering

Software: Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel / Power BI---

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall execution plan.

Develop baseline programs in coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Monitor and update project progress, identify slippages, and prepare catch-up plans.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Coordinate with site teams, engineering consultants, and client representatives for schedule updates.

Analyze resource loading, material availability, and productivity for timeline optimization.

Support delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) claims documentation.

Assist in preparing look-ahead plans, S-curves, histograms, and dashboards for management review.

Key Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Good knowledge of EPC project lifecycle and scheduling best practices.

Analytical and detail-oriented approach to progress tracking and forecasting.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure projects is preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
