Job Summary:
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely completion of real estate projects. The role involves close coordination with project, procurement, and site teams to track progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using project management tools (e.g., MS Project / Primavera).
- Prepare baseline programs, progress schedules, and recovery plans as required.
- Track and report project progress, identifying potential delays and suggesting corrective measures.
- Coordinate with project, site, procurement, and design teams to ensure timely availability of materials, drawings, and manpower.
- Conduct weekly and monthly project reviews and prepare progress reports for management.
- Analyze critical paths and milestones to ensure project targets are met.
- Support in the preparation of project budgets, resource planning, and cost tracking.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow projections, progress charts, and delay analysis reports.
- Review and validate contractor and subcontractor schedules for alignment with the main project plan.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and timelines.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring techniques.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel-based scheduling tools.
- Good understanding of civil construction practices and project management concepts.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or township real estate projects.
- Prior experience with a real estate developer or major contracting company.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
