Planning EngineerExperience Required: Minimum 7 years total experience, including at least 2 years in the same position within a related industry

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, and maintain comprehensive Design Work Programmes in alignment with project requirements and schedules.
• Review and validate contractors’ Construction Work Programmes, ensuring compliance with contract timelines, project scope, and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules using industry-standard tools.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule risk assessments, and recovery/mitigation plans as needed.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure schedule accuracy and timely project delivery.
• Support project controls, including planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Evaluate delays, analyze impacts, and assist in claims or extension-of-time assessments.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years specifically as a Planning Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing Design Work Programmes.
• Proven experience in reviewing Construction Work Programmes.
• Prior work in consultancy environments is essential.
• Experience with building and infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
