About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our SCADA, ITS Automation, and IoT team. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, plan resources, monitor progress, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely execution of automation and IoT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation for SCADA, ITS Automation, and IoT projects.
- Prepare project timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
- Monitor project performance against schedules and budgets, identifying potential delays or risks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in defining project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables.
- Support the integration of SCADA, ITS, and IoT systems into ongoing and new projects.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Track project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates.
- Conduct project reviews and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project planning for SCADA, ITS, or IoT projects.
- Proficient in project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
- Knowledge of SCADA, ITS, ELV, and IoT systems and integration.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
