Planning Engineer

Experience Required: 4–6 Years (GCC Mandatory)
Qualification: NICMAR Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera (P6).
• Coordinate with façade engineering, design, procurement, and site teams.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.
• Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with master schedule.
• Monitor material deliveries, fabrication timelines, and installation sequences.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC requirements, and HSE standards.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide planning support to site teams.

Skills & Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience specifically in façade planning.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Prior experience in UAE/GCC façade projects (Aluminium, glass, cladding).
• NICMAR qualification (CPM/PEM) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
