Planning Engineer

We're Hiring:

Junior Planning Engineer (Min 3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Junior Planning Engineer with 3 years of experience in construction projects (buildings and infrastructure). The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparing baseline and tender programmes

· Resource and cost loading (Primavera P6)

· Schedule updates and progress monitoring

· Generating weekly, monthly reports and dashboards

· Identifying and analyzing delays and proposing corrective actions

· Create Recovery and Revised Programs

· Coordinating with site and technical teams

· Ensuring compliance with contract conditions

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced excel

· Strong understanding of FIDIC, AACE, SCL Protocol, and contract fundamentals

· Strong Communication Skills

· Experience in delay analysis is an advantage

· Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage

· PMP certification is an advantage
