Planning Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities across ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.

• Prepare baseline schedules, manpower histograms, and progress curves.

• Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders for updates.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Analyze critical paths and propose recovery plans.

• Review subcontractors’ schedules and ensure alignment with the main plan.

• Support in preparing project cash flow and resource planning.

• Ensure project planning complies with contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and scheduling techniques.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
