Planning Engineer

We are one of the leading Flooring installers in middle east with a turnover of more than 150 million AED, we operate in average on over 90 projects in middle east, mainly in UAE as well as in KSA and Qatar. For our Head Office at DIC in Dubai we are searching for a:

Planning Engineer (construction)

Job Overview: Support of the Technical and Logistic Department. As “a planning Engineer” you combine all projects to an overall execution plan and you update all projects on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities: Analysing and preparation of an execution program for all projects as per contract as well as a combined execution program to plan our resources. On a weekly basic you get from the Project Managers updated long term and short-term programs for each project. You combine those and provide to the logistic Team for further manpower and Equipment planning. Parallel you analyse the changes during execution, identify the delays and their reasons and support the concern person/department to ether claim for it or to identify and fix the issue which caused it.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduate degree required
• 5-10 years’ experience in Construction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid MS Office skills
• solid Software skills in Primavera, MS Project or equivalent
