Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Construction management. - Grade A MMUP certification, MCIOB, or PMP accreditation is a plus. - A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction and project planning, ideally on large-scale road / infrastructure, as well as experience with Ashghal HW.

Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of project management principles and techniques - Familiarity with construction and engineering processes and standards - Proficiency in resource allocation and bugetting - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying challenges.

Brief Job Description:

• Conduct from scratch the projects schedule and resources loading.
• Addressing all progress-monitoring functions on running projects.
• Integrate the main contract and subcontract agreement baselines to secure the company's position.
• Review of contractor programmes in accordance with their contract.
• Prepare the complete set of documents for Extension of Time claims and other delays, including idle time study verifications.
• Provide an assessment of the Extension of Time claims chronology reports and similar reports.
• Prepare Monthly Reports and dashboard as required by management and clients.
• Ensure all critical issues are communicated effectively via a monitored issue log for each work order and job.
• Compile and maintain records of construction productivity data.
• Provide support for the establishment of project resource schedules, monitor all spent man-hours, and report on all deviations.
• Developing the project master schedule and sub-weekly lookaheads, updating, monitoring, and reviewing contractor construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs, and daily follow-ups, in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures.
