Job Summary: The Planning Engineer will oversee project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion of construction projects through effective resource management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6).
  • Prepare and update baselines and resource loading.
  • Analyze project progress and produce periodic reports.
  • Manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims using Time Impact and Windows Analysis.
  • Write technical documents, including delay notices and correspondences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of EPC experience in General Contracting.
  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and planning software.
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
  • Previous site experience preferred.
