Planning Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in the petrochemical, refinery, and oil & gas construction sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules, ensuring timely execution aligned with project requirements and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to integrate schedules and ensure alignment of all project activities.
• Implement and maintain cost control systems, including project budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation and review of cash flow forecasts and financial plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of planning and cost control experience in EPC construction projects within petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas industries.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• In-depth knowledge of project controls, construction methodologies, and EPC execution strategies.
