PLANNING ENGINEER

Primary Purpose Of The Job

Perform comprehensive Project Planning / Scheduling, Progress monitoring / reporting and

Time Management functions. Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Cost Forecast / Cost

Reports. Report monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals

and highlight areas of concern for management consideration and action.

Required Experience And Skills

1- Expert knowledge in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Engineering activities including

Schedule preparation and Cost estimation at various phases of the Project.

2- Should be a great team player.

3- Should be proficient in spoken & written English.

4-Able to read / understand engineering drawings / work packs, well developed analytical

skills and very good knowledge of internationally acceptable norms.

5-Good computer skills and proficient user of PRIMAVERA (P6) / MS PROJECT

planning software, Excel, Power Point etc.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Discipline, minimum of 10 years of experience in

Cost Engineering and Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industries and offshore

Projects.
