Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Façade Planning Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the UAE in Facade industry to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of façade works across high-profile construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & manage façade project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project

Coordinate with design, procurement & site teams for smooth project execution

Track progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Identify delays and implement recovery plans

Monitor procurement & delivery of façade materials (glass, aluminum, cladding)

Review shop drawings and technical submissions. Ensure façade works align with overall project timelines

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field

Minimum 3+ years of façade planning/engineering experience in UAE

Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems

Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project

Familiarity with AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is a plus). Strong coordination and communication skills
