Planning Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 4–5 years of proven experience in managing project schedules and controls within construction environments.

• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely project delivery through effective planning, monitoring, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6
• Prepare and maintain baseline and updated project schedules
• Track project progress and prepare delay/variance reports
• Prepare detailed progress and delay analysis reports
• Coordinate with project management and site execution teams
• Support forecasting and resource planning activities
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 4–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in UAE/GCC construction projects
• Familiarity with project controls and reporting systems
• Construction project background and Good reporting & coordination skills
• Ability to join immediately or short notice preferred
