Senior Planning Engineer
to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our large-scale infrastructure and power projects remain on track and aligned with our strategic goals. Our motto,

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases of execution.

Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to define scope, sequences, and objectives.

Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual performance.

Identify potential risks, delays, and constraints; support mitigation planning.

Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates to stakeholders.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions.

Conduct periodic site visits to verify progress and schedule adherence.

Analyze project data to identify trends and propose planning improvements.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material and service delivery.

Use project management tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) to track timelines and generate reports.

Develop contingency plans to manage disruptions and schedule changes.

Review and validate planning deliverables submitted by subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering
, Construction Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience
in planning/scheduling within
Construction, Solar, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, or Contracting
projects.

Proficiency in
Primavera P6
or
Microsoft Project
is required.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
