Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and independent **Senior Planning Engineer** to lead the scheduling, monitoring, and progress tracking of our large-scale road and drainage infrastructure projects. In this role, you will act as a key strategist, managing complex project timelines and resource forecasting with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring that project execution aligns perfectly with planned milestones and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update baseline schedules for comprehensive road and drainage networks.
• Perform detailed **variance calculations** to identify deviations from the original project baseline.
• Monitor and analyze **actual vs. planned progress**, implementing corrective actions or acceleration schedules where necessary.
• Conduct productivity and performance analysis based on **man-hour data** and resource allocation.
• Generate accurate project forecasts, resource histograms, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** is mandatory.
• Proven senior-level experience in planning and scheduling specifically within **roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects**.
• Advanced expertise in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Strong capability to work **independently** and take full ownership of the planning function.
• Excellent data analysis skills, particularly regarding man-hour metrics and cost/schedule variance.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
