Job Title: Planning Engineer

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing all project planning activities within First bit ERP , ensuring timely execution, cost control, and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in First bit ERP, including BOQ, BOM, timelines, and budget allocations
• Coordinate with site and project teams to gather and update daily progress data
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and flagging any deviations or delays
• Assist the COO in ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans
• Analyze technical documentation to create cost-effective execution strategies
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure optimal quality, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Prepare accurate reports on project status, risks, and proposed mitigation measures
• Attend and lead project meetings to drive alignment across stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction, fit-out, or a related industry
• Proficiency in Firstbit ERP or comparable project management systems
• Solid understanding of BOQ and BOM structures and processes
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and project scheduling tools
• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage
