Hiring: Planning Engineer (High-Rise Projects) – Dubai

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning and scheduling high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements
• Assist in claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10 to 12 years of experience in high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6/MS Project)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• UAE experience preferred
