Ø planning of traditional building (residential & commercial building, villas, schools, workshops …)

Ø Updates this programs & follow-up the performance at site

Ø Prepare and submit the weekly & monthly reports

Ø Prepare all needed document for high management

Ø Principle of cost control (The standard analysis of the cost for civil items, Collect & follow-up the actual cost form site for labor, subcontractor, material, equipment & tools.

Ø Preparation contractor monthly payment & material at site document.
