Planning Engineer (Civil & MEP )

Job Description:

The Planning Engineer will play a critical role in developing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting project schedules and production performance. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, site teams, engineers, procurement, and senior management to ensure accurate planning, systematic reporting, and effective control of project timelines.

Key responsibilities include the preparation and updating of baseline programmes, weekly and monthly progress schedules, dashboards, delay analyses, and detailed project reporting. The role requires strong technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and the ability to work under demanding project conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil & MEP )or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in UAE
• Basic knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera is a plus)
• Good communication and organizational skills
