Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join a reputed Oil & Gas company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Perform delay analysis and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil or relevant discipline)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Mining projects, EPC and Plant Projects
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel
• Experience in EPC / ADNOC projects will be an advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills
