Job Title: Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor – Aluminum & Façade

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in Aluminum and Façade systems to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation for façade and aluminum works. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate effectively across design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports for aluminum and façade projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation in line with project specifications.
• Assist in tendering, including pricing, cost analysis, and technical submissions.
• Monitor and update project progress using Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations, progress claims, and variations.
• Prepare cost control reports, forecasts, and progress claims for client and management review.
• Support project control functions such as budgeting, cash flow planning, and performance tracking.
• Identify potential delays, cost overruns, and risks, recommending proactive corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Aluminum & Façade projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with UAE market rates, suppliers, and local regulations preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
