Planning Engineer ( ERP Coordinator ) (Civil)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined ERP & Projects Control Engineer / Coordinator to manage and maintain our ERP system and support day-to-day project operations.

This role will work closely with the Managing Director and all departments to ensure that project data, costs, and progress are accurately captured and reported in real-time. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple functions including Projects, Procurement, Accounts, and HR.

  • Continuous Improvement Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in construction/projects/ERP coordination

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Project Planning & Scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera or similar.
  • Basic experience with ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext, or similar)  Good MS Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of BOQs, project costing, and site operations.

Soft Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work directly with senior management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • FiveYears: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving license (Preferred)
  • G + 4 License (Preferred)
